At CornicheMart, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 3 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

• The item must be returned in its original packaging.

• Proof of purchase or your order number is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards

• Personalized or custom-made products

• Clearance or final sale items

• Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are missing original packaging

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos or a short video showing the issue

We will review your request and, if approved, offer a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

• Your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the item is defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong product, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase or before they have been processed for shipment.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact our support team.
